Nathaniel turned 20 months old on September 9. These are some of the things I want to remember about him at this age:
Has been trying to put on his socks and shoes himself.
Is starting to say compound words: washcloth, bathroom.
Is saying simple sentences: I blow bubble, I have balloon, I want down.
Plays independently more often (letting Mommy and Daddy get some work done around the house!).
Becoming more adventurous in trying new foods, such as eating several bites of a chicken patty with cheese and spaghetti sauce, and trying bites of a lemon, a dill pickle chip, lettuce with ranch dressing.
Likes to sit in regular chair at table (we put the high chair/booster away) and use a plate and silverware at meals.
Plays with stuffed animals, giving them kisses often – so cute!
Still loves the outdoors and balls of all types.
